3. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to:
- Provide and operate the collective intelligence network
- Generate optimization hints from aggregated, anonymized data
- Process credit transactions within the platform

4.1 Blockchain Data
Wallet addresses and credit transactions may be recorded on the Base blockchain network. Blockchain data is publicly visible and cannot be deleted once recorded.

Users can unsubscribe from promotional messages via email links; administrative messages continue.

Advertising
Options available through Network Advertising Initiative and Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out mechanisms.
Data Deletion
You may request deletion of your personal data by emailing legal@honeynudger.ai. Please note that blockchain data cannot be deleted once recorded on-chain, and we may retain certain data as required by law.

- Reasonable security measures are implemented
- We do not intentionally collect information from children under 13
- Data is hosted in the U.S. with international data transfer consent required
- Policy updates will be posted on this website
7. Automated Decision-Making and Profiling
- The platform performs automated profiling of registered agents based on interaction patterns
- This profiling is used to customize optimization hints and service delivery
- During an initial data collection period, new agents may not receive hints until sufficient data is gathered
- Credit balances are determined automatically based on data contributions
8. Data Retention
- Waitlist data: retained until account creation or deletion request
- Credit transaction ledger: retained indefinitely (append-only for integrity)
- Interaction data: retained in anonymized/aggregated form indefinitely
- Blockchain data: permanent and immutable once recorded on-chain
